Innovative UK software house announces exciting new agreement with software giant
m-hance today announces that it has signed an historic agreement with Microsoft to further strengthen its leadership position within the UK business software market. Under the terms of the agreement, m-hance is now able to distribute its innovative enterprise social networking solution, m-hance Social Business, with Microsoft Dynamics GP embedded as part of the solution. This is a first for a UK based Microsoft Dynamics GP partner. Added to the recently acquired capabilities in AX and CRM and its own range of document management, cloud invoicing and mobile applications, this makes m-hance a one stop shop for the Microsoft Dynamics GP community.
With over 2,400 customers and 230 staff, m-hance is the UK’s fastest-growing provider of innovative business software solutions to mid-sized organisations and the largest Microsoft Dynamics partner in the UK and Ireland. As a result of this expansion and its on-going investment in people, promotion and product development, Microsoft has chosen to recognise m-hance’sperformance with the landmark agreement. The move comes as rapid consolidation continues to affect the software sector in both the UK and the USA.
Andrew Hayward, Managing Director of m-hance, comments, “m-hance is now effectively the key provider of Microsoft Dynamics GP in the UK. This key alliance speaks volumes for the power and professionalism of our organisation and will enable us to strengthen our sector focus around a much loved and trusted solution. We have already demonstrated our ability to execute rapid, collaborative expansion of the core functionality as recently evidenced with the launch of our cloud-based eInvoicing solution. Our customers can look forward to further innovation in the near future with further announcements to follow in the coming months.”
Hayward continues, “With the depth of support, consultancy and experience m-hance can now offer, in conjunction with our new innovative solutions, all customers, partners and end users can be reassured that they will all benefit as a result of this significant development.”
Microsoft will continue to actively develop and maintain the Dynamics GP solution – its number one Small and Medium Businesses solution product in North America – and a product roadmap for 2016 and beyond is currently in place. But under the new agreement, m-hance will focus their attentions on one of the most lucrative areas of the market, one which Microsoft has so far been unable to effectively penetrate without this solution.
Fred Studer, General Manager, Microsoft Business Solutions Group, WW Sales, Marketing and Operations at Microsoft says, “Microsoft and m-hance share a common goal in making it easy for customers to use our products and enjoy the best possible customer experience. With their experience, significant customer reach and excellent reputation, m-hance brings real strength to this strategic relationship. As a result of having m-hance play a lead role in the UK Microsoft Dynamics GP community, the future for Microsoft Dynamics GP is brighter than ever.”
