Mark has worked in the IT industry since 1980. He has led a number of successful businesses including taking them through public to private transitions and the merger and acquisition process, including COA Solutions which was sold for £100m in 2010.

Mark is now CEO of m-hance, which is backed by private equity fund firm Better Capital. m-hance was formed in November 2010 and subsequently rebranded following the acquisitions of Calyx Software, Trinity Computer Services, sub-divisions of Touchstone Group and Maxima Holdings plc. These acquisitions, along with the company’s organic growth, have helped sales grow 45% year-on-year.

In September 2012, m-hance was listed in Tech Track 100 league table. The company was one of only three software providers to have made the prestigious list which recognises the fastest growing private technology companies in the UK.
