m-hance came into being on 1st November 2011 as a result of the acquisition and subsequent rebranding of several long standing companies, each with a sizable mid-market customer base and strong vertical market specialisation. The oldest of these companies was Trinity Computer Services which had been in business since 1980 and had over 250 clients in the wholesale distribution sector. Other component companies included Touchstone GP, which specialised in the service industry; Gyrosoft which had a large foot print in the not-for-profit arena; Calyx Software, an award winning Microsoft Dynamics GP Finance and CRM partner; Sys-Care which added regional coverage and MentecPlus which provided further hosting and technical development capabilities as well as vertical market specialisation in the education sector.
Today, m-hance has 150 staff serving almost 2000 customers from five major UK locations. As well as the size and breadth of the customer base, we pride ourselves on our expanding range of support, hosting and development capabilities which help us to maintain high customer satisfaction and low customer churn.
